Position Details

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our long-term care team. This position involves working in a rehabilitation and nursing center, providing high-quality care to our residents.

Shift Information

• Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
• Schedule: 8-hour night shifts with a guaranteed 37.5 hours per week
• Work Requirement: Every other weekend (EOW) and floating within the same building may be required

Unit Information

• Unit Type: Long-Term Care (LTC)
• Bed Capacity: 40 beds
• Common Patient Diagnoses: Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Orthopedic, Dementia, Memory Care

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility
• Proud to have active LPN license in New York
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Demonstrated experience with electronic medical records (EMR): PointClickCare
• Two recent charge/manager references
• Skills checklist aligned with specialty must be provided

Scrub Color

Scrubs must be navy blue.

Contract Information

This is a contract position with a duration of 90 days.
