Special Procedures/Unit Details : – Special Equipment : – #Tier2 Travel Compliance UT does not contract travelers residing in the following counties : Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris.
