Ability to provide quality patient care, and ability to assess patient’s needs, e.g. clinical, teaching, mental and spiritual.rnMust recognize safety issues to self and others and be able to assess and implement use of lifts to and move patients in a safe manner.rnMust be able to function well in stressful situations and have good, creative, problem-solving skills.rnStrong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate.rnMay be required to assume duties as a charge nurse.rnExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills required.
