SAMANTHA ARICO

Samantha has been a Registered Nurse for about 10 years; as a healthcare recruiter, her vast knowledge and hands-on experience translates into finding ideal, reliable, and qualified practitioners for hospital systems across the country.

Prior to joining the healthcare team at MHS, Samantha was an ED/Trauma nurse at a Level II trauma hospital in upstate New York. She has experience in multiple different specialties, such as, emergency, critical care, oncology, pediatrics, behavioral health, general medical surgical nursing, and currently she is a mobile IV specialist – administering vitamin infused IVs to people all over Florida. Samantha values her relatability with healthcare workers on a professional level because it allows her to build strong, lasting candidate-recruiter relationships.

Her Boston Terrier pup, Papa, is our office guard dog and mascot; in their free time, they enjoy pretty much anything they can do outdoors with family and friends!
