Early in her career, she managed the professional/technology staffing division for one of the world’s leading staffing companies. After joining nextSource, Marian spent 14 years driving achievements in product design and implementation, quality assurance and user acceptance testing, client support, and operations. Marian guides product development and relationship management for the PeopleTicker. Marian’s expert skills include research, analysis of market factors and trends, reporting, and partnering with clients to benchmark rates across multiple industries in the US and international labor markets.
