Position Overview

This is a day shift position with a schedule of three 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM. The role requires the ability to function in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, responding effectively to emergencies while ensuring high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
• Utilize technology to enhance clinical care delivery.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and collaborative skills while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and respond to patient needs.
• Practice nursing with a focus on evidence-based methodologies and critical thinking skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma from an accredited program.
• Experience: Less than one year of direct patient care experience is preferred.
• Licensure: Registered Nurse (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, with options for the American Red Cross or Instructor-level training.

Requirements

• Capable of reading, writing, and speaking English fluently.
• Possess fundamental computer skills to support clinical documentation and care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a respectful demeanor in stressful situations.

Work Environment

This position is located in City, State and requires no on-call or holiday duties.
