Position Overview

This position offers same-day interviews for qualified candidates. As a vital member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute your professional and clinical expertise in the provision and management of care to patients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to patients by employing professional knowledge and clinical skills.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed.
  • Manage critical medications and treatments such as insulin, levophed, heparin, cardizem, amiodarone, dopamine, nitroglycerin, dobutamine, and propofol.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of prior nursing experience is required.
  • Valid state nursing license required.
  • Current certifications in ACLS (American Heart Association), BLS (American Heart Association), and NIHSS are mandatory.
  • Completion of a skills checklist within the last year of submission.
  • One supervisory reference is needed at the time of application.
  • Proof of a taxable address is required to verify eligibility.

Work Schedule

This position includes 12-hour day shifts with a commitment to float within local campuses. Shifts may require availability during weekends and holidays, with specific holiday work obligations during the winter season.
