Position: Phlebotomist
Contract Details
Duration: 8-week contract
Shift: 8-hour days, Monday through Friday
- Shifts may vary: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, or 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
- Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- A background in science and experience in phlebotomy is necessary
- Strong manual dexterity and excellent customer service skills are essential
- BLS Certification is required
Responsibilities
- Perform phlebotomy procedures promptly, accurately, and reliably, adhering to established departmental protocols
- Process laboratory specimens, including blood and body fluids, for testing
- Handle clerical and client service functions for the laboratory as needed
- Maintain compliance with all safety standards, utilizing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
