Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

This position offers same-day interviews. Qualified candidates should expect a call from a local area code.

Role Overview

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute your professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care. The role may require you to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide care to a high-risk patient population, performing triage and assessments prior to physician evaluation.
• Follow established protocols in a high-volume delivery center with 160-180 deliveries per month.
• Ensure effective communication and care for a diverse patient demographic, including non-English speaking patients.
• Be comfortable floating to post-partum for 1-2 shifts per week.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of previous labor and delivery experience required.
• Experience in circulating and scrub roles is encouraged.
• Completion of multiple travel contracts is preferred.
• Experience with EPIC STORK is beneficial.
• High-risk delivery experience is required.
• Previous experience within the last year at larger high-volume delivery centers (200-300 deliveries per month) is essential.
• Must possess high acuity experience.

Orientation Dates

Remaining orientation dates for the position include:

• November 10
• November 24
• December 8
• December 22

Work Schedule

Guaranteed hours include working weekends on an alternating basis, including holiday rotations. You will be required to work 2 out of the 3 winter holidays (Christmas, New Year’s, or Thanksgiving).
