Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Nurse to join our team. This position involves providing comprehensive nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation for assigned patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver nursing care consistent with the standards of professional nursing practices.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Student Nursing Assistants (SNA), and other assigned healthcare workers.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Oncology nursing.
  • Current ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Certification.
  • Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
  • Active Illinois nursing license.

Additional Requirements

  • Resume and skills checklist (completed within the last year).
  • Two supervisory references.
  • Active certifications at the time of application.
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (declinations will not be accepted).

Work Schedule

This position consists of 8-hour day shifts, with a total of 84 contract days. There are no on-call or weekend responsibilities associated with this role.
