Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for a Med-Surg night shift position. This role involves providing exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Shift Details

• Type: Night Shift (3×12 Hours)
• Hours: 18:30 – 07:00
• Contract Duration: 91 days
• Weekend Requirement: 6 weekend shifts within a 6-week period

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience required
• Certifications: BLS required; CPI preferred
• Patient Ratios: 1 nurse to 6 patients
• Charting System: Experience with Epic charting system
• Floating: Expected to float to similar units as needed

• Interdisciplinary Support: Includes Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Social Services, and more
• Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics with varying medical conditions

Additional Information

Travelers will receive a brief orientation upon arrival, and modules will be required as part of the onboarding process. Orientation hours average 4-6 hours for Registered Nurses.
