We also manage post-operative patients, including post-operative vascular patients. While the more complex cases may be transferred to higher-acuity centers, our unit provides intensive care to a broad mix of medical and surgical patients. Special Procedures/Unit Details : 6-bed unit with central telemetry monitoring. Staff are trained to manage ventilators, arterial lines, and titrate medicated drips. The unit provides care for patients requiring higher levels of monitoring and clinical intervention.
