Description: Speech Language Pathologist $94 LocalShift: 8:00a – 4:30p, must work one weekend every other month.Looking for outpatient experience.Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology, NYS licensure, clinical certification in Speech Pathology (or itsequivalent) and completion of clinical fellowship year required. Must successfully pass pre-employmenthealth clearance.Duties: Will administer evaluations, diagnose speech, language, cognition, communication, and swallowingdisorders; establish and provide treatment programs for individuals with deficits in speech, language,cognitive, voice and/or swallowing disorders; schedules patients to receive evaluation and treatmentsbased on patient needs; provide education to patients, families and staff regarding disorders of speech,language, cognition, voice and/or swallowing; participate in program development for the speechtherapy discipline, PM&R department and Service Line; prepare reports and communicate with referralsources and treatment agencies; participate in community programs.Vector VMS #773457
