Description: Should be willing to float to other clinics within the POD if low census at my clinic.Clinics locations: Plano, Allen, McKinney, Melissa.DAYS – 8HRS: Mon- Friday 7:30 am to 4:45 pmCMA or LVN Must know how to draw blood. We usually have 25-30 labs to be drawn first thing in the morning.Must know how to do venipuncture (blood draws), EKG, ear lavage, immunizations, take vitals. EMR experience, EPIC experience preferred.Duties include but not limited to: Delivers care to patients utilizing the Certified Medical Assistant Process Communicates with patient regarding test results and plan of care by phone or mail as directed by physician Provides for patient safety and protection of patient privacy rights May work in the front office as needed May perform other duties as assigned by practice manager, more senior staff, or as requested by healthcare provider(s) Agility to multitaskCMA (has certification) is $25-35 depending on experience. (0-1 year – $25, 1-2years – $29, 2+year – $35)A qualified candidate needs to have at least one year of outpatient clinic experience (such as urgent cares) in the past 3 years. SNF, Corrections, Behavioral Health, LTC, Home Health, Rehab do not qualify for THPG clinics.
