Chrissy is the Vice President of Staffing Solutions and brings over 20 years of experience in staffing and human resources. She has a proven track record forging lucrative relationships with key partners, vendors, and clients, and building long-term HR planning. She understands the connection between a candidate’s experience and a company’s success both today and tomorrow, along with an instinct for hiring the right people in the right roles. As a Client Services leader, she develops and implements customer targeted strategies that increase sales and provide a positive experience for all clients. She is a strong servant leader who strives in unlocking the value of each staff member to achieve his or her professional excellence.
Chrissy is extremely results driven, passionate and believes in providing “white glove” service to all. Her superior customer service and wide range of experience in human resources, staffing, client services and talent acquisition have contributed to her continuous success. In her free time Chrissy enjoys spending time with her family and her two Boxers. Chrissy is also a tenured volunteer with Delaware Best Buddies Program and enjoys spending time with her Best Buddy, Elizabeth!
