• Guaranteed Hours: 40

Position Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or GED General or an Accredited Program Required

Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in Sterile Processing within a hospital or outpatient setting is required.

Certifications: Must possess CRCST or CRCST-P (1 year) or CSPDT or CSPDT-P (1 year)

Essential Skills

• Ability to retain knowledge of identification and necessary handling requirements of surgical instruments, medical supplies, and equipment.
• Fluency in English, including understanding, speaking, and writing, to effectively communicate with nursing, technical, and medical staff.
• Basic computer skills.
