Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The successful candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional care and demonstrating a commitment to our core principles: Exceptional Care, Passionate Services, and Unexpected Luxury.

Key Responsibilities

• Prescribe and adhere to our principles of kindness during all personal and professional interactions.
• Provide nursing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the care plan for residents/patients.
• Supervise nursing assistants and helpers in their care activities while maintaining a safe environment.
• Follow standards of care and adhere to all applicable policies and procedures.
• Perform duties in compliance with the State Nurse Practice Act and relevant JCAHO standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), or Medical-Surgical settings.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination; medical or religious exemptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Previous travel experience in nursing preferred.

Work Schedule

Flexibility is required as the schedule may include every other weekend and holiday coverage.

Position available in Michigan.

• Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Contract Duration: 91 Days
