Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be a key member of the interdisciplinary team, contributing clinical expertise and knowledge in providing and managing care for patients. This role may require flexibility to float within the same discipline across local campuses. Please note that candidates must have a taxable address at least 50 miles from the facility.

Work Environment

• Patient Care: Comfortable caring for 5-7 patients.
• Experience: Candidates should have experience in Med-Surg, Post-Op, or Stepdown.
• Surgical/ Post-Operative Experience: Relevant experience is essential.

On-Call and Weekend Work

• On Call: $9/hr.
• Weekend Description: Required to work every other weekend.

Holidays

Individuals will be required to work 2 of the following 3 winter holidays: Christmas, New Year’s, or Thanksgiving. There is a limit of 1 day request off during specific holiday periods.

Requirements

• Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA).
• State Licenses: Must hold licenses in Illinois and Iowa.
• Guaranteed Hours: Contract Days: 91.
