Successful completion of 2-day system endoscopy education within 30 days of hire. Required and Successful completion of on-the-job training with documentation of orientation and all competencies met (specific competencies determined by facility of employment). Required Required Minimum Skills: Ability to read, write and speak the English language; Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; BCLS required. Ability to collaborate with other health care providers in the provision of patient care; Competency in all aspects of GI procedures, patient positioning, exposure factors and radiation protection; Ability to delegate to other team members as required; Ability to multi-task is essential: Ability to function in stressful and emergent situations essential; Strong detail orientation required; Proficiency in all general GI procedures is required.
