Position Overview
This is a night shift position requiring a dedicated and skilled nursing professional. The role involves working 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, specifically from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. The position is available after December 6, 2025.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing, a Nursing Diploma, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Required Certifications:
- BLS or equivalent certification
- Registered Nurse (RN) license (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
- PALS certification (within 180 days)
- TNCC or equivalent certification (within 18 months)
- ACLS certification (within 180 days)
- Minimum Experience: Prior nursing experience is preferred.
Skills Required
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
- Ability to leverage technology effectively to enhance clinical care.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Capable of functioning effectively in a fast-paced environment and managing emergencies with composure and respect.
- Excellent time management skills with a strong emphasis on evidence-based nursing practices and analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
