Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. As a valued member, you will contribute your professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care through the nursing process.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients with psychiatric and behavioral health needs.
- Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
- Assume charge responsibilities during nighttime shifts.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans as needed.
- Participate in patient de-escalation and crisis intervention.

- Bed Size: 9
- Patient Ratios: Up to 1:9
- Patient Types: Psych/Behavioral Health
- Scrub Colors: Grey
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a psychiatric or behavioral health capacity.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), specifically EPIC.
- Previous experience working with all age groups, from adolescents to geriatric patients.
- Charge experience is preferred.
- De-escalation certification preferred (MOAB, MAB, CPI, SAMA) – can obtain during onboarding.
Other Requirements
- Current BLS Certification (AHA)
- Availability to work every third weekend and participate in holiday rotations.
- Willingness to work a contract of 91 days.
