Position Overview
This is a day shift position with a schedule of three 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM. The role requires the ability to function in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, responding effectively to emergencies while ensuring high standards of patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
- Utilize technology to enhance clinical care delivery.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and collaborative skills while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and respond to patient needs.
- Practice nursing with a focus on evidence-based methodologies and critical thinking skills.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma from an accredited program.
- Experience: Less than one year of direct patient care experience is preferred.
- Licensure: Registered Nurse (single-state or multi-state compact).
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, with options for the American Red Cross or Instructor-level training.
Requirements
- Capable of reading, writing, and speaking English fluently.
- Possess fundamental computer skills to support clinical documentation and care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a respectful demeanor in stressful situations.
Work Environment
This position is located in City, State and requires no on-call or holiday duties.
