Position Details
This is a full-time position with a shift from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM. The role requires a minimum of 24 months of current Labor and Delivery experience.
Requirements
- Active certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- No license hits on record.
- Flu vaccination is required; declinations can be applied for.
- All candidates must have a valid driver’s license.
Travel Information
Candidates must have a home address outside of Arizona. Please provide an updated driver’s license upon submission. The assignment will be for a total of 91 contract days, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week.
Weekends and On-Call Schedule
The weekend schedule and on-call responsibilities will be determined by the hiring facility.
Location
Candidates should specify their willingness to work in various states, including any locations in Arizona or Colorado, or any other state as applicable.
Candidate Profile Requirements
- All necessary documentation including an updated resume with details on facilities worked, facility size, bed count, trauma level, and units.
- Skills checklist specific to the discipline, dated within the last year.
- Active state license verification, not older than 30 days.
