Position Details
This position offers a day shift of 12 hours from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with a guaranteed minimum of 36 hours per week.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, caring for a diverse patient population ranging from adolescents to geriatrics. Responsibilities will include providing high-quality nursing care and possibly floating to the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as needed.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of current Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience.
- Experience with electronic health records, specifically EPIC.
- Proficient in managing arterial lines, IV drips, ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and vaso pressures.
- Charge nurse and preceptor experience is a plus.
- A valid New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate is required.
- Must have a personal vehicle for transportation.
- Permanent address must be included in the profile.
Work Conditions
Travelers are required to work every other weekend and may be asked to cover holidays. Time off requests must be included at the time of submission, and no more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted.
