Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Nurse to join our team. This position involves providing comprehensive nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation for assigned patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care consistent with the standards of professional nursing practices.
- Provide leadership and supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Student Nursing Assistants (SNA), and other assigned healthcare workers.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Oncology nursing.
- Current ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Certification.
- Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
- Active Illinois nursing license.
Additional Requirements
- Resume and skills checklist (completed within the last year).
- Two supervisory references.
- Active certifications at the time of application.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (declinations will not be accepted).
Work Schedule
This position consists of 8-hour day shifts, with a total of 84 contract days. There are no on-call or weekend responsibilities associated with this role.
