Position: Registered Nurse – Primary Care Office
Shift: 8-hour Days (Monday – Friday)
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 40 hours weekly
Assignment Duration: 8 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our primary care office team. The primary responsibility will be phone triage, assisting patients through telephonic interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform phone triage to assess patient needs and determine the appropriate course of action.
- Occasionally assist with patient rooming and administering injections as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is necessary.
- Familiarity with Meditech charting is preferred.
