Position Overview
Under the guidance of the Director of Radiology and Chief Radiologist, the selected candidates will play a vital role in the care and safety of patients during radiographic procedures. Responsibilities include the operation of radiographic equipment, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the availability of appropriate supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform radiographic procedures safely and effectively.
- Utilize radiographic equipment with precision.
- Maintain thorough and accurate patient records.
- Ensure necessary supplies and equipment are readily available.
Qualifications
- Experience in all areas of Radiologic Technology within a hospital setting is required.
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology is mandatory.
- Flu vaccination is required; please note vaccination status.
- Travel experience is preferred.
Certifications and Licenses
- ARRT certification is required.
- BLS (AHA) certification is required.
- Candidate must be eligible for and willing to obtain a state license in Vermont.
Work Schedule
The position involves a shift from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential on-call responsibilities. No weekend work is required.
Contract Details
The contract duration is 91 days, with a guaranteed 40 hours of work per week.
