**Job Description:**
– LPN for Long Term Care
– 8-hour night shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
– Every other weekend required
– Must float to all units within the same building
– 37.5 guaranteed hours
**Requirements:**
– 1+ years of experience
– BLS certification
– NY state license
– 40-bed unit
– Patient populations include MS, ortho, dementia, and memory care
– EMR: PointClick Care
– 75-mile radius rule: Travel will take locals; local rates will apply for those less than 75 miles away.
