Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional for a medical imaging position. The selected candidate will work primarily during the daytime, Monday through Friday, with shifts available from 7 AM to 3 PM or 8 AM to 4 PM. This role guarantees 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI procedures on patients across various age groups, including adolescents and geriatrics.
- Administer contrast dye injections in accordance with New York State guidelines.
- Complete mandatory non-billable orientation prior to official assignment duties.
- Participate in on-call schedules and adhere to hospital protocols regarding weekend work.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience required.
- Current New York State license required.
- ARRT (MRI) certification is mandatory.
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) is required.
Profile Requirements
- Complete work history relevant to the position.
- Skills checklist pertinent to the role, current within the past year.
- One supervisory signed reference from the past two years of employment.
- Submit all necessary licenses and certifications upon application, including NY State License, ARRT, and BLS.
