• 2 Triage Beds
• 40 Acute Beds
• 6 Super Track Beds
• 2 Trauma Beds
• 10 Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) Beds
• 6 Psychiatric Beds

Patient Demographics

• Newborn
• Pediatric
• Adult
• Geriatric

Common Patient Diagnoses

• Stroke
• Sepsis
• Trauma
• Myocardial Infarction (MI)
• Cardiac Arrest
• Respiratory Failure

Specialty Equipment

• Rapid Infusor
• Arctic Sun

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Emergency Department with Pediatric experience preferred.
• Clinical experience in a charge or managerial role is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, specifically EPIC.
• Current certifications required: AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC (with certification in hand).
• Active New York nursing license and verification of all RN licenses required.

Other Requirements

• Floating between units may be required.
• Scrub Color: Navy Blue.
