**A Day in the Life:**

– As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process.

**Shift Details:**

– **Shift:** 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

**Job Requirements:**

– Radius rule: will accept locals within 50 miles; 10% reduction to bill rate.
– NBO: 16 hrs
– EMR: EPIC
– Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
– Callback: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
– On Call: $9/hr
– Charge/Precept: $6/hr
– Billable OT: 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40 hrs/week, OT billable after 48 hrs/week
– 25 Holidays: Winter holidays: Required to work 2 of 3 (Christmas, New Years, or Thanksgiving)
– Limit of 1 day request off between 11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26 for all travelers regardless of holidays worked.

**Unit Information:**

– Bed Size: 45 beds
– Patient Ratios: 1:1-2
– Patient Types: High Risk OB, antepartum, c-sections, vaginal deliveries
– Drips: magnesium, insulin, pitocin
– Scrubs: hospital provided
– Traveler will be required to float across all campuses.

**Submission Requirements:**

– 1.5 years current LD in hospital setting
– BLS, ACLS, NRP may float to MB/PP
– No first-time travelers; must have completed one travel contract in previous 12 months
