Shift: 1P-9P 5×8 Hr
Description: Responsible for performing MRI cross sectional imaging and other related procedures as directed by a licensed physician. Operates and monitors MRI equipment. May assist in other areas as requested. Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.Prioritizes workload based on departmental needs and follows through in a timely manner. Attends and participates in professional meeting. Maintains credentialing and/or licensures Monitors and maintains the safety concerning the magnetic field at all times. Delivers quality patient care and services in accordance with regulated standardsSkills: Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to prioritize workflow and function independently. Ability to communicate effectively. Radiology, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and/or Cross Sectional Anatomy may be required. Required MRI RADIOLOGY WORKFLOW NUCLEAR MEDICINE ULTRASOUND Additional ARDMS PATIENT CARE IMAGING ARRTEducation: Associate Degree of Radiology Required.Bachelor of science degree and formal MRI education desired. ARRT, ARDMS or equivalent registered or eligible; Full State of New Mexico licensure required within one year of hire. BLS required. MR registered is required.Preferred: Three (3) years experience in a hospital environment ;Languages: English Read Write Speak English(Speak , Read , Write)Job Category: Clinical-Travel
