Summary/Objective:
Responsibilities include a variety of accounting tasks in accounts payable and job cost, with support of other accounting and projects departments.

Essential Functions:

-Excellent communication skills in both oral & written forms.
-Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities/Duties:
-Perform a variety of general accounting tasks, including, but not limited to;
-Accounts payable entry,
-Maintenance of accounts payable vendor data and compliance,
-Statement review,
-Verifying accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or record,
-Compile data and run weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required by Finance and Operations,
-Certified payroll management,
-Backup and support for payroll,
-Billing and AR responsibilities,
-Subcontractor payment, lien waiver and compliance responsibilities,
-Certificate of Insurance compliance,
-Credit card management,
-Any other special projects or duties as assigned.

For office: -Largely sedentary, some walking, bending, standing and lifting to 25 lbs.
-Able to work on computer for extended periods of time.
